Let’s Get You Started With Online Therapy
FROM OVERWHELMED TO EMPOWERED WITH VIRTUAL COUNSELING
Let’s Get You Started With Online Therapy
If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply not like yourself—please know you're not alone. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. It’s okay to come as you are—tired, unsure, hopeful, hurting. Together, we can work through what’s weighing on you and help you find steadiness, strength, and clarity.
If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to connect. Reach out when you're ready—I’m here when you are.
Confidentiality: With telehealth, you don't have to worry about running into familiar faces in a waiting room. Your privacy is paramount, allowing you to seek support without fear of judgment or exposure.
Convenience: Say goodbye to the hassle of commuting to appointments. Telehealth sessions fit seamlessly into your schedule, saving you valuable time and eliminating the need to take time off work for travel.
Offering virtual therapy services that assess both mental health and substance use to help guide the best route for your treatment goals
Providing mental health services and therapy through telehealth to increase more confidentiality and privacy in your care
Step One:
Call or send a message to schedule an appointment. Or click on "Schedule An Appointment"
Step Two:
You will receive an email to complete intake paperwork...don't worry, I've simplified the process to save you time. And the best part, you can do it from your phone.
Step Three:
Once you've completed the intake paperwork, you'll be sent available times and a session link to a HIPAA compliant platform. On the scheduled day and time, click the link that was emailed to connect you to the virtual waiting room.
...That's it!
